Hello and HAPPY EASTER!!!!!
Today I made some cornflake cakes and turned them into little egg nests. I also picked up the carrot bubble bars from Lush as I fancied a bubble bar and thought why not get one from the Easter/spring range. I simply love the colours and it smells amazing. Can’t wait to use it 🙂
I’ve not made cornflakes cakes in years. There so simply and do not take long to do. All you need is some cornflakes and some chocolate. I used baking chocolate bit you can use Cadbury’s. I melted the chocolate in a bowl over a pan half full of boiling water, added in my cornflakes, mixed until they were all covered then spooned them into my cake cases. Once I had done that I added m mini eggs so that they set in with the mixture. I then put them in the fridge for 5 minutes and hay presto they were done!.
