Hi Lovelies 🙂
So last week I was very kindly invited along to a fabulous fashion event at Eldon Square in Newcastle. We were greeted with food that was provided by Reds a barbeque smoke house and a glass of wine. Once we had finished eating we sat down in the middle of the walk in wardrobe to have a chat with Emma who is a style guru.
There are 4 massive trends this spring/summer that everyone seems to be wearing and these fab trends are: Blush, 80’s, sports and florals. All of these trends that feature in the walk in wardrobe are all from shops within Eldon square so you can pick them up from the likes of Topshop, River Island, Accessories and Wallis. So if you see anything you like you can easily pop to the shop to try on and purchase for yourself.
Emma’s talk was simply fantastic and I learned quite a lot from it. The shade of colour that you wear can have a huge impact on your style. Finding the right shade can bring out your best features like your eyes for example. You can also compliment your skin tone by finding out the right shade for you. I also learned that florals can help find any imperfections that you may not like about your body and shape, but finding the right floral size for you is key. Also that if your short like me then high waisted jeans extend your leg line and make your legs look longer, which is what I tend to do.
The walk in wardrobe is still available for customers to browse through the trends, have workshops and speak on a one to one basis with Emma. So if you have any questions or would like any style advice then pop down, it’s definitely worth it. After our lovely fahsion chat we then had a chat with the fabulous Bobbi Brown make up team and watched a live demonstration on how to achieve a 5 minute make up look, which was perfect for day time wear but could be adjusted to evening wear. I’ve never tried Bobbi Brown products but after this event and having a little play with some of the fabulous products I am defiantly going to be adding them to my list of things to purchase. Not only do they do make up but they also have an array of skincare products which look fantastic.
I had a fabulous time at the event, so thank you to Eldon Square for the invite and the amazing unexpected goodie bag. Super grateful ❤
