Hi Guys hope you are all well.

At the beginning of this month I was invited along to a fashion show event in my local shopping centre ‘ The Bridges’ which is in Sunderland. The purpose of the evening was to have a look at what’s coming up in the Spring/Summer in regards to trends.

Shops that took part in this event on the evening that I attended was ‘Topshop’, ‘New look’, ‘Primark’ and ‘Warehouse’.

The menswear from all of the shops look the same very casual and comfy. I think it just depends on your budget and how often your going to wear the clothing.

As for womenswear I am loving all of the floral, you can’t really go wrong. I prefer small flowers if I wear floral just because I don’t like big patterns but at the same time I don’t like to be a plain Jane. Floral doesn’t suit everyone it’s up to you, if you start off like me not being a fan and thinking ‘ oh that won’t suit me’ TRY IT ON you won’t know until you try. I also really love the red ‘out there’ trousers from Topshop but I don’t have the confidence to wear anything too bright but I think if you like bold colours then these would suit you. Primark have recently became one of my fave stores to shop all thing holiday in, it’s just super affordable and super comfy to wear. New Look never fail to disappoint me either but I’m currently loving H n . Even though they didn’t showcase any clothing on the night I was there, they have to lovely pieces in for summer and with there prices you can’t go wrong.

I love going to fashion events to see what trends is going to be coming and seeing things that I quite like that might not suit me to begin with. I love experimenting with clothes and I love trying things on. I’ve recently been braver in regards to colours I wear. I usually stick with blacks or greys but recently I’ve been loving mustard and blue shades.
