|Nano Intensive Whitening Strips|

Hi Everyone, hope you’re all well :).

I was asked if I would be interested in doing a little collaboration with Whitewash Laboratories and there nano whitening range and naturally I jumped at the chance.  Lets face it who wouldn’t want to see if they can get that picture perfect white smile.  I’m very sceptical about these type of products but having done my research I couldn’t wait to give them a try.  Nano Intensive whitening strips have been designed by UK dentists to help you achieve a safe and effective teeth whitening treatment and is safe on your teeth enamel.  Perfect for me as I sometimes suffer sensitive teeth.

I got the whitening strips and sample sized mouthwash, toothpaste and floss.  I started off by using the toothpaste first (I can’t floss to save my life so I skipped that part) then I moved onto the strips.

To apply the strips all you need to do is after brushing make sure your teeth are dry, peel the strip off the plastic backing and line the top of it to the top of your teeth and gently press and fold under your teeth so that the gel sticks. Repeat the same action for the bottom strip. The instructions are super easy to follow and it says to leave the strips on for an hour to get the best out of them and it allows the whitening gel to work.

I have been doing this mainly on a evening when I’m watching friends on Netflix or when I’m reading my book, I’m currently reading The F Word by Lily Pebbles and I’m loving it!. I love that this kit is very easy to use. Once the hour is up you just gently peel the strips off your teeth and rinse your mouth out. This is when I’ve been using the mouthwash. All of the products leave your mouth feeling very minty fresh and extremely clean.

After using the products for a full week I can see a huge difference. My teeth are whiter and look very healthy. I will continue to use the rest of the strips as in this box you get a whopping 28 strips!.

You can purchase these strips from Boots by clicking the link here and while your looking at them why not check out the rest of there range!. I would strongly recommend the nano range and I will definitely be repurchasing them!

Have you tried out this range or any other teeth whitening treatments?

Thank you for reading xxx

  1. I’ve been using Superdrug’s Charcoal Toothpaste and have been impressed with the results. It would have been nice to see before and after pictures – not that I don’t trust your word! xx

    1. I’ve heard great things about the charcoal toothpaste my friend bought some. and I was going to but I started using it before I realised to take pic. I post on my Insta story my reviews on there as well with pics (if that makes sense) xx

    1. I was nervous about using them but after doing some further research on the brand I couldn’t wait to get started. I don’t unfortunately as I got too excited to try them that I forgot to take a before photo, however I have been posting a lot about them on my Insta stories ‘xamylouise89x’ and you can see the results. Highly recommend looking into these xx

  2. I’m glad that you included the bit about UK dentists designing them…. my biggest concern with teeth whitening strips is that they’re long-term bad for teeth. Mine are already sensitive as helll, so I don’t want to make them worse xx

    1. Yeah I’m the same esp as I’ve had trouble with my teeth in the last few years (widsom tooth and being sensitive) so I know where you are coming from. These aren’t too bad I sometimes only leave the strips on for 30mins just incase but I’m happy with how these turned out 🙂 xx
