Today I have been down the riverside/ marina to see the lovely arrival of some of the Tall Ships that Sunderland are hosting from today until Saturday, so if you are from the North East it’s definitely worth a visit! It’s a free 4/5 day event that has lots on from food and drink stalls, fairground rides, merchandise stands, information stands, live bands and of course the ships themselves!.
If you have seen my little Boohoo haul video on my Youtube you will spot this top!. I purchased it for my holidays but didn’t get to wear it as I had too many clothes but seeing as it’s very warm outside (despite the weather being cloudy), I thought today would be the perfect day to wear it. It’s nice little lightweight cami top which goes with anything, jeans, shorts, skirts and probably pinafore’s. I think I got this around either £4 or £8 I can’t fully remember but I just love it. The grey cardy type/jacket is from Next that I got last year or year before so it’s not new, I’ve just not really worn it as much. My comfy stonewashed ripped Joni jeans are from River Island £42 and my trainer type white shoes are from New Look for I think £11.99.
My bag is from New look which I purchased last week and it was only £7.99! It’s very handy for me as I’m able to fit my phone and my compact camera in as well as a little bit of make up. It has an inside zip pocket in which is great to keep my money/bank card in if I’m going somewhere where I don’t want to carry my big purse around with me.
I also decided to wear my new necklace that I got in the sale from Miss Selfridge for £2.50 instead of £6.50. I don’t often wear necklaces that’s not chokers but went I saw this I just knew I had to have it, it’s just so dainty.
Seeing as I have mentioned the Tall Ships here’s one of my photo’s that I took of the tallest ship to dock in Sunderland. I’m very pleased I saw this ship come into dock it was such a fab sight to see!.
