Happy Monday, hope you all had a fabulous weekend!.
I’ve always been a fan of wearing shirts as I just think they can transform from a day time look into an evening look and they always look super smart. I’ve recently however just fallen back in love with them and I can’t wait to purchase more this year.
So after finding my purple animal print shirt in New Look I had another look around and couldn’t see anything that I liked, UNTIL I decided to have a look on the sale rails. I don’t usually look at sale rails purely because I can never find anything that I like on them or any that’s in my size that I like. So I was randomly browsing through when I saw this lovely mustard coloured shirt and we all know I’m a sucker for that colour so I naturally was very drawn to it.
This was originally £12.99 and I got it for £7 which isn’t that much of a bargain but for me it is and every penny helps towards my savings haha. The shirt is lovely and fits really nicely however I have popped on a vest top underneath it as I don’t really fancy people being able to see my bra haha. As you can see I paired this shirt with of course my trusty leather harper pants from River Island which we all know I’m still totally obsessed with!. As this was kind of a day time outfit I wore my flat heeled boots which are from New Look, but this look would also look great with my heeled boots for a more smart casual evening look.
I love this look and this bright pop of colour just makes me excited for spring/summer!
Have you bought anything recently that makes you excited for the warmer months?
Thank you for reading xxx

I never really saw the attraction in mustard before but I do agree it looks so nice. Burgundy and mustard were definitely the colours of the late 2018/early 2019. xx
