Happy Monday, hope you’re all well!
If you have followed my blog for some time you will know that Autumn is my all time fave season EVER and I love going to afternoon walks and layering up! This weekend was no excuse!
We headed down to a lovely little place we discovered in the Spring which is Thorp Perrow – Gardens and Arboretum. This beautiful place is home to rare trees and shrubs as well as some wildlife. You can actually feed the animals as well which is great for the kids!. As we visited in Spring we just knew that this place was going to be very Autumnal which not going to lie made me very excited to visit. As it’s only the beginning of October the leaves weren’t as I imagined they would be but in a few weeks I’m sure they will look amazing!. That being said I did manage to capture Autumn in certain areas (this place is so big!) so I was one happy gal!. This Autumn/winter I have purchased two very smiliar in style coats and I’m currently obsessed with my grey one, which if you follow me on Instagram you’ll see I wear it the most. I wear it more at the moment due to the fact that I’m saving my other one for when the weather gets colder and I can wear chunky jumpers underneath, as it’s a little big for just a thin jumper or a t-shirt.
For my outfit I obviously had on my long grey coat paired with, dark blue ripped on the knees jeans and my new thin dark green/teal coloured jumper which I picked up from Primark for £6 and it’s perfect!
They do this jumper is quite a few colours that are perfect for this time of the year when it’s a little chilly, but on days like this when the sun shines it’s a little warm as well. I even got this jumper in a blush pink shade as well, to wear for work as well as on afternoon walks out. I just love it it’s super soft and comfy to wear and for the price actually washes well!. I love going out in jumpers and feeling all cosy, I can’t wait to wear my chunkier jumpers that I’ve picked up recently as well as purchase more, a girl can never have too many jumpers right?
I love the colour of the leaves and walking amongst them. It’s one of the reasons why I simply adore this time of year! Seeing the different shades of the autumn colours!
How many jumpers have you currently purchased this year? So far I’ve purchased 4!
